From our name to our process, we do things a little differently. And that's exactly how we like it.

Who We Are
What's in a name?
First things first. Yes, the name is long. 13 letters, in fact. And you’re probably wondering how to pronounce it. Well, it’s easier than it looks. It’s “Egg-en-sh-why-ler”. Not that bad, right? Now that you have the name down, we’re confident you won’t forget it.
We are a multi-disciplinary design agency with a passion for branding and the creative process in general. Since 2007, we have had the privilege of working with everyone from startups to Fortune 500 companies, crafting brands from the ground up, creating advertising campaigns, easy to digest infographics, marketing collateral, packaging, and developing websites with user experience and conversions in mind.
Our Process
Not all design is created equal. We craft every project from the foundation of who you are, what you’re trying to say, and who you’re trying to say it to. Here is a brief look into our process.
Before we can solve a problem, we have to define it. We establish the project scope, deliverables and anticipated expenses so that everyone is on the same page throughout the entire process.
We begin with a questionnaire, which establishes a thorough understanding of your company, your message, your audience and our project goals. We then research market trends, your competition and how to help you stand apart.
We always begin with pencil and paper, hashing ideas out in a sketchbook. The discovery and research phases come to life as I bring the best concepts to the screen and create concepts that are ready to be presented.
Once we’ve determined the best 2 or 3 ideas, we present them to you and get your feedback, making sure we’re on track with the goals we established in the discovery phase.
Given your feedback, we refine the design until we reach a successful solution. We may “push back” and let you know why something may not be a great idea. We’re here to guide you with our expertise and ensure a great solution.
We deliver the finished product. Celebratory high fives abound!
